Booking Terms/Conditions..
Rates are inclusive of electricity, linen and towels.
A deposit of 10% is required to secure a booking with the balance being due at least 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am. (It may be possible to check in or check out outwith these times)
For stays of less than 3 nights, a minimum 3 night rate may apply.
Cancellation Policy:
90% refund on cancellation given 30+ days before arrival date.
50% refund on cancellation given 14+ days before arrival date.
0% refund on cancellation given less than 14 days before arrival date.
